Send me a special outfit your little one once wore, and I’ll use the actual fabric to create a custom wrapped border around their hand drawn silhouette.

The newborn onesie you couldn’t part with, a favorite shirt or dress. Instead of keeping it tucked away in a box, it becomes part of a piece you can see and treasure every day.

• Custom silhouette, hand illustrated from your photo

• Fabric border created using your child’s own clothing

• Available in 5x7 fabric border (unframed, ready to gift or frame)

• Draft of your silhouette sent for approval before completion

• Carefully packaged for gifting or safekeeping

How It Works:

• Place your order and choose the number of silhouettes you would like.

• After ordering, email a clear side profile photo of your child to info@jenniferdayphotography.com with your order number.

• You will receive instructions for mailing your baby clothing to me.

• I’ll hand illusttrate your child’s silhouette and use fabric from their clothing to create the wrapped mat surrounding it.

• You’ll receive a draft of the silhouette for approval before I complete your piece.

• Your finished heirloom will be carefully packaged and mailed back to you.

Choosing an Outfit

Onesies, jammies, shirts, dresses and other lightweight baby or children’s clothing will work beautifully.

Because every garment is different, pattern placement and the amount of fabric available will vary. If you’re unsure whether a particular piece will work, please email me a photo before sending it.

Please do not send an item that you are not comfortable having permanently altered.

IMPORTANT

Your child’s garment will be cut in order to create this piece and cannot be returned to its original condition.

These clothes often hold incredibly special memories, and I understand the trust involved in sending them to me. Each piece is handled carefully and intentionally while your silhouette is being created.

Turnaround Time

Turnaround begins once I have received both your child’s photo and fabric.

Please allow approximately 7–10 days for creation before shipping. A draft of your silhouette will be sent prior to completion for any small adjustments.

Multiple Children

Creating a set for siblings? Select the number of children from the dropdown menu. Each silhouette can be created with a special garment from that child’s baby years for a beautiful set that tells a little piece of your family’s story.
